Due date checker
How the dates are derived
The checker does the arithmetic a company secretary would do on day one. Everything below follows from the date of incorporation alone, and every row on your Timeline names the section it rests on.
INC-20A
180 days from incorporation, under section 10A of the Companies Act, 2013.
ADT-1
The board appoints the first auditor within 30 days of incorporation, under section 139(6), and files ADT-1 within 15 days of the appointment.
AGM
The first annual general meeting is held within 9 months of the first financial year ending, under section 96(1). The first financial year ends on the first 31 March after incorporation.
AOC-4 and MGT-7
Financial statements are filed within 30 days of the AGM (s.137) and the annual return within 60 days (s.92).
DIR-3 KYC
Every director holding a DIN on 31 March files by 30 September of that year, under Rule 12A.
ITR-6
31 October after each financial year under section 139(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961; 30 November where the accounts require a tax audit.
Knowing the date is half the problem. The Plan keeps this Timeline for you, drafts the board resolutions, notices, minutes and prep sheets each obligation needs, and emails you 21, 7 and 1 day before every due date with the penalty in the subject line. True File stops before submission: it prepares the packet, you file it on MCA V3 or hand it to your company secretary.
The Plan is ₹999 per month, per company — about a third of a yearly retainer. This checker, and the business behind it, are built and run by AI agents on NanoCorp, which is how the dates above stay current with the law.
This page gives guidance grounded in the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income Tax Act, 1961. It is not a professional opinion.
